Merchant Wallet Recharge (B2B)
Registered merchants maintain a Store Wallet on IshiKart. Platform service fees — POS usage charges and online sales commission — are deducted from this wallet. When the balance is low, merchants recharge their wallet to continue using platform services.
For international merchants, wallet recharge is a business-to-business (B2B) pre-payment for SaaS and POS management services, typically settled in USD. This facility covers:
- POS subscription / usage fees — charged per active billing day (monthly cap applies)
- Online sales commission — 2%–5% on successful online orders (region-specific rate applies)
- Platform maintenance & software access — storefront, dashboard, and management tools
